Introduction

Eligible working parents can receive up to 30 hours free childcare per week for children aged 9 months to 4 years. Some 2-year-olds may also be eligible for 15 hours if their parents are on certain government benefits. To access the 30-hour offer, you must apply for a childcare account online and meet specific income requirements.

Childcare options

Childcare hours at Willow Nursery are provided for 38 weeks of the year and examples are detailed below.

Please note stretch provision over 50 weeks of the year is not available at this setting. To provide flexibility additional hours and/ or private childcare can be purchased for a fee and detailed below.

The nursery is open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. For flexible childcare options please discuss your individual needs with a member of staff.

Food Charges (optional)

Parents are welcome to provide healthy food and packed lunches from home. However, if you choose to purchase meals from the nursery, we are happy to provide freshly prepared, nutritious and well-balanced healthy options. Please see below for our food prices which are optional:

• Breakfast £0.30 per day
• Snack £0.20 per day
• Lunch £3.00 per day
• Tea/ Refreshments £0.50p per day

Voluntary Contributions (optional)

Willow Nursery asks for a voluntary contribution which helps cover the cost of additional activities and items that enhance your child’s experience at nursery. These include for example:

• Yoga sessions
• Sport sessions
• Seasonal parties
• International/ annual celebrations

The voluntary contribution per term is: £20
