Staff and Qualifications
All staff at Willow Nursery & Best Start Family Hub are appropriately qualified and have received enhanced DBS checks.
- Our staff team includes qualified Early Years Practitioners, SENDCo, and Senior Leadership Team members.
- All staff receive ongoing professional development, including regular safeguarding, first aid, and EYFS training.
Safeguarding and Child Protection
The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority. We have robust safeguarding procedures and trained staff to ensure children are safe, secure and supported.

Teaching & Learning
We follow the EYFS framework, providing high-quality early education and care for all children.
